Heenan Concessions is a custom build shop run by a master builder who knows how to get things done right. We build custom food trucks, food trailers, and all kinds of specialty projects for customers across the Northeastern United States. That includes RV builds, conversion vans, boats, and just about anything else you can dream up

and bring through the shop door.


We work by appointment so every build gets the time and attention it deserves—whether it’s a full food truck, a custom trailer, an RV conversion, or a one-of-a-kind project. Everything we build is custom. We don’t copy other builders’ work, but we’re always happy to take your ideas, talk them through, and turn them into something that works.


Our shop is clean, organized, and built around quality workmanship. From start to finish, we focus on solid builds, dependable results, and making sure you roll out with something you’re proud of—every time.

Kevin Heenan is a master builder with hundreds of custom builds behind him and decades of hands-on experience. His work is detailed, intentional, and driven by pride in doing things the right way. Alongside him is his wife, Lori—his partner of 36 years—whose unwavering support has been a constant foundation of the business and the family behind it.


Kevin’s dedication goes beyond craftsmanship. He loves what he does, takes pride in every project, and approaches each build as a new and meaningful challenge. When clients trust Heenan Concessions with their food truck or custom build, they can relax knowing it’s in experienced, capable hands—hands that have done this successfully time and time again.

Together with his son Adam, Kevin brings a personal, hands-on approach to every project. They listen, collaborate, and treat each build as if it were their own. Family has always been at the heart of how Kevin builds and does business. He learned the value of hard work, honesty, and doing things right from his parents, Larry and Judy, who instilled in him a strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship from an early age. Those lessons still guide every decision he makes today.

  • Do you offer fully custom builds, or pre-designed layouts?

    Every build we do is custom. We don’t use pre-set templates or cookie-cutter layouts. We work with you to design a food truck, trailer, or specialty build that fits your menu, workflow, and how you plan to use it.

  • What types of projects do you build besides food trucks?

    Every custom food truck or trailer we build is crafted by skilled professionals with years of experience in fabrication, design, and installation. From the first weld to the final finish, you're in the hands of a team that takes pride in precision, durability, and delivering a product that meets your exact needs.

  • How long does a custom build take?

    Proper care and maintenance of your food truck or trailer is key to long-term performance. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know for safe operation, cleaning, and upkeep so your mobile kitchen stays in top shape.

  • Do you copy another builder’s design or a truck I’ve seen online?

    No. We don’t copy other builders’ work. That said, we’re always happy to use your ideas, inspiration, and must-have features to create a custom build that’s unique and works the way you need it to.
