The customer supplies the truck, trailer, bus, etc., and we do the custom build-out.

At this time, we are only doing new builds or some work on units we have previously built. We do not finish something that someone started or build with equipment supplied to us. There are exceptions on items like a specialty coffee, pizza, or baking units, which we would have the customer supply the item after we discuss specs for it. We are picky about our quality and want to give the best job possible. Supplied equipment too often is the wrong item or won't fit which just messes our schedule up while the customer figures it out. We have seen very scary electric and gas systems in things that someone started. We are proud to put our names on vehicles when they leave our shop and the only way for that is to start fresh. Most used food vehicles cost more to convert to your needs or to pass health department needs than to start with a blank canvas.
